It would be very helpful and would avoid frustration on the customer side if you could clearly state during the ordering process that the customer has to pay for the sending costs in case of returning the articel. Especially because this is very uncommon. I did not know that this is the case for custom with your company, even though i looked up the terms of contract regarding returning an articel in beforehand.

Das Porto ist leicht erhöht, da die Lieferung aus Polen erfolgte. Aber alles hat prima geklappt und die bestellte Ware war einwandfrei.
